New Chevrolet Traverse Color Options
2026 Chevrolet Traverse SUVs offer eight paint colors to personalize your vehicle and express your style. Popular colors that carry over from the previous model year include Lakeshore Blue Metallic, Radiant Red Tintcoat, Mosaic Black Metallic, Stardust Metallic, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Summit White. While Iridescent Pearl Tricoat and Harvest Bronze Metallic are no longer available, drivers can explore two new colors for 2026 Traverse SUVs:
- Polar White Tricoat — Delivers a bright snow white-like base coat, sparkly second layer that shimmers in the sun, and a glossy clear coat that delivers added depth and an icy finish.
- Sandstone Gray — Provides a warm monotone look, mixing a smooth clear coat with a warm monotone pigment for a beige-like brown appearance in direct light.
Key Card and Rear Camera Mirror Availability
New Chevrolet Traverse SUVs are available with a vehicle access Key Card that is the same shape and size as a standard credit card, allowing drivers to unlock and start their SUV without a bulky key fob. In addition, the 2026 Chevrolet Traverse LT also offers a Rear Camera Mirror, which was previously limited to Z71 and higher trims.
Both the Key Card and Rear Camera Mirror are included in the Driver Confidence Package, which is standard in High Country and RS models or optional for LT and Z71 models. Features that remain unchanged for 2026 include:

- Rear Pedestrian Alert
- Traffic Sign Recognition
- HD Surround Vision
Enhanced Super Cruise® Suite
While Super Cruise® hands-free highway driving debuted a few years ago, 2026 Chevrolet Traverse SUVs offer expanded hands-on features to improve confidence and relaxation. With the latest Super Cruise® update, drivers now receive integration with Google Maps for smooth transitions between Hands-Free Driving Zones and Hands-On Steering Assist.
Updated Cargo Package
New Chevrolet Traverse SUVs no longer include a Foldable Cargo Organizer as part of the optional Cargo Package. However, drivers continue to receive a Cargo Security Shade, Cargo Net, and Cargo Tray for enhanced organization.
